Today we have published our Statement of Performance Expectations (SPE) for the 2025/26 year. This document sets out how we will administer the taxpayer funds we are responsible for, our aims, and how we will measure outcomes. It also gives an overview of our work programme for the year ahead.
Against a back-drop of government cost-cutting, we feel fortunate to have been entrusted with a $1.6m per annum funding increase over the next four years to assist journalism focused on local democracy and justice matters.
