Nia's Extra Ordinary Life

Ten year old Nia has a pretty ordinary life ... Extra ordinary in fact.

A webseries first

This first ever New Zealand children's webseries takes place in the sleepy Northland town of Tinopai. It follows the adventures of Nia, a ten year old girl who lives a pretty ordinary life. But with the help of her vivid imagination, her diary and her friends, it becomes an Extra ordinary life.

Nia and her diary

Funded through the Ignite stream, this webseries incorporates real life, illustration and some good social messages into an entertaining and real set of stories. Firmly targeting young children between the ages of 6-10, it's a real New Zealand story with a wide appeal.

The Ignite fund is about supporting digital initiatives for niche audiences, and enabling ideas to come to fruition that would not be supported on more mainstream platforms.

The producers also secured support from stationery company Smiggle.
