The December newsletter contains television funding decisions from the December round. It announces another call for proposals for the Documentary Initiative and a re-worked brief is attached to the newsletter.

The newsletter also signals a review of funding for comedy on New Zealand television, with a call for thoughts and opinions on locally-made TV comedy prior to NZ On Air preparing a discussion paper.

The November Newsletter contains funding decisions made at the October meeting. It advises the availability of an updated NZ On Air Study Guide for secondary school teachers and students. The meetings dates and deadlines for 2004 are listed, as are the Christmas office hours. There is also another plea from the Television team for producers to send in applications that contain correct information.

The September newsletter has a totally new look. No longer confined to Television news, it incorporates music and radio items as well. In addition to funding decisions from the August meeting, there is a flyer announcing our new Documentary Initiative.

There's a reminder about the next Travel Loan application deadline and advice of upcoming NZ On Air board meetings, hui and 2003/04 Statement of Intent launch. The newsletter concludes with advice from Natural History New Zealand that they are holding half-day workshops for free-lancers during August.
