A rare chance to indulge a passion for popular NZ music has arisen for a skilled administrator. NZ On Air is looking for a Music Funding Coordinator to join its busy NZ music team. You'll probably have experience in the music, broadcast, or cultural sector, but a love of New Zealand music and an encyclopaedic music knowledge will grab our attention first. You'll assist the NZ Music Manager by taking responsibility for coordinating the monthly Making Tracks funding rounds, looking after funding contracts and monitoring, liaising with labels and musicians, and supporting the small NZ music team.
You'll be a highly organised self-starter, be stakeholder-focused, and be a team player who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You'll have excellent writing skills, be meticulous with detail and IT-adept, and your sense of humour will be a bonus. The job is based in Wellington.
