In 2008 and 2009 NZ On Air conducted a comprehensive review of community broadcasting sector funding. This sector includes regional television and access radio services.
First we sought the views of the sector through a brief survey. After considering the responses and the general environment, we issued a discussion paper with some preliminary conclusions.
